Foley Performance Terms & Conditions

By booking, purchasing, or participating in services provided through Foley Performance, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Services

Foley Performance offers in-person coaching, online coaching, semi-private training, and customized training programs.

Coaching sessions include individualized programming and guidance during the scheduled session. Customized 4-week programs are designed for independent training and do not include live coaching unless otherwise stated.

Scheduling & Cancellations

All sessions must be scheduled in advance.

Clients are encouraged to provide as much notice as possible when canceling or rescheduling sessions. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may be counted as used or rescheduled at the coach’s discretion based on the situation.

Foley Performance understands that emergencies and unexpected circumstances may arise and will make reasonable accommodations when appropriate.

Packages & Expiration

Training packages must be used within the designated time frame listed at purchase. Packages are non-transferable and intended for use by the original client unless otherwise approved.

Package extensions may be considered due to injury, medical issues, or other extenuating circumstances and must be discussed directly with the coach.

Unused sessions do not carry cash value.

Payments & Refunds

Payment is required prior to services being provided.

All services and packages are generally non-refundable. Partial refunds or service credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis due to injury, medical issues, relocation, or other extenuating circumstances.

No refunds will be issued for completed sessions, late cancellations, or expired packages.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time only. Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time and will not be extended.

Communication

Clients may contact the coach regarding scheduling, cancellations, or questions related to training. Reasonable response times apply. Communication does not replace scheduled sessions or paid follow-up services.

Health & Medical Clearance

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in training. Clients agree to disclose any injuries, pain, limitations, or medical concerns prior to participation and to seek medical clearance when necessary.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in strength training, conditioning, mobility work, and fitness-related activities involves inherent risk. By participating in Foley Performance services, clients acknowledge and accept these risks voluntarily.

Youth Athletes

For participants under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must complete the intake process and agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of the athlete.

Agreement

By booking, purchasing, or participating in Foley Performance services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
